All our orders are shipped directly from our UK warehouse and take 4-10 working days to arrive

We want to put your order in your hands as soon as possible, so if you order before 3.00pm BST, we’ll dispatch it on the same working day. All orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following day.

All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods within the timeframes outlined above. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Should there be a delay to your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We recommend checking your country’s customs charges and threshold prior to ordering, as you may need to pay customs fees or import duty. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover customs charges.

As our worldwide service does not carry a delivery guarantee, we advise that orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered in some exceptional circumstances.

If your delivery estimate has passed, please check your tracking number if you have one or just get in touch by e-mail quoting your name, order number and the complete delivery address and we will look into this within 24 working hours.
You have 21 days from the date of your delivery to return your order. Please contact our customer service team to notify us that you would you like to return an item and we will advise the next steps.

Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging in which received. Once a return has been received at our warehouse a full refund will be processed.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning a product. We advise that you use a tracked service. Allow up to 48 hours after receipt for a return to be processed through our warehouse. Please note that this process may take longer during busy periods.
